All items are handprinted, packed, and shipped from the UK 🇬🇧

I currently ship to the UK only.

📬 Shipping Estimates

Please note:
This is a preorder item. Shipping estimates are from production start, not from the date of purchase.

• UK: 1–3 business days from start of production (via Royal Mail 1st/2nd Class or Tracked 48)

🌿 Packaging

I use eco-friendly or recycled packaging where possible.

📩 Lost or Delayed Orders 

If your parcel hasn’t arrived within 20 business days, please get in touch at [email protected] and I’ll help sort it out.

🔁 Returns + Exchanges 

If your item arrives damaged, or you’ve received the wrong item, please contact me within 7 days and I’ll arrange a replacement or refund where possible.

To be eligible:

• Item must be unused/unworn

• Contact me first before sending anything back

📌 Please Note:

• I cannot accept returns for custom or made-to-order items, unless they arrive damaged

• Return postage is the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty.
